Lanchkhuti Museum of Local Lore was established in 1978, and in 1998 the museum exposition was opened for the first time. In the museum it is opened an exhibition of the archeological, ethnographic and historical objects. There are more than 8000 exhibits in the museum.

The museum keeps the photos of the head of the government of the Democratic Republic of Georgia Noe Jordania and member emigrants.
